PARTNERCOMPANY recruits workers from ASIA, fills DAULUX GROUP online form, and submits necessary documents.
DAULUX GROUP processes documents over MIGRIS and Lithuanian Public Employment Service also provide access to downloads after processing.
PARTNERCOMPANY agress to pay Deposit in advance and rest payment after candidates gets confirmation email from MIGRIS
The rest amount depends on the quantity of ordered documents
Both parties show patience for MIGRIS or processing delays or other delays wich are not controled by both parties.
Legal actions possible for breach of terms.
Agreement between companys are valid for one year
Candidates has to pay the cost of Airplane tickets and Temporary Residence Permit fees , food and accomodation.
DAULUX GROUP does not require remaining amount of payment if documents are rejected due to their error in Lithuanian Migration Department.
DAULUX GROUP provide jobs only for candidates who meet the criteria set by the Lithuanian Migration Department and Public Employment Service laws and regulations
DAULUX GROUP Full refund if fails to get aproval in MIGRIS
DAULUX GROUP Provide a job for candidates
DAULUX GROUP Source candidates from the airport
DAULUX GROUP Provide accomodation for candidates
DAULUX GROUP reserves the full right to withdraw candidates from the Migris platform if any provision of the PAYMENT AGREEMENT contract is violated
PARTNERCOMPANY and DAULUX GROUP agree to these terms for mutual business cooperation and development.
